We are pleased to announce the promotion of Shuva Basu to Associate Director of Transformation, strengthening our leadership capability in delivering high‑impact digital transformation for key strategic clients. The appointment reflects the company’s continued investment in deepening advisory relationships and supporting clients through complex, multi‑year transformation journeys.
A role focused on partnering with Clients for transformation
In this newly expanded client‑facing leadership role, Shuva will work directly with executive stakeholders across several major client accounts, ensuring transformation initiatives are delivered with strategic alignment, disciplined execution and measurable business outcomes.
His remit includes advising clients on delivery model redesign; digital transformation pathways; optimisation opportunities; and enterprise‑wide digital adoption. The role is designed to bridge the gap between internal capability and external delivery, ensuring that client organisations experience seamless, end‑to‑end support throughout their transformation lifecycle.
In stepping into this client‑facing Associate Director role, Shuva will take on expanded responsibilities across the company’s priority client portfolio. This includes:
- Leading cross‑functional transformation teams aligned to client engagements
- Shaping multi‑year transformation roadmaps in partnership with client executives
- Providing expert advisory support on digital, operational, and organisational change
- Embedding robust governance to ensure transparency, accountability, and sustained results.
The promotion signals the organisation’s ongoing commitment to elevating its transformation practice; strengthening its client‑facing leadership bench; and supporting clients through the fast‑evolving landscape of digital innovation, regulatory change, and operational modernisation.
About Shuva
Shuva joined HKA Tech in APAC in 2015 and now has more that 10 years’ experience implementing PMWeb – with cross-functional, cross-industry and international cross-border experience in Project Management and related activities since 2008. His PMWeb work includes work for our clients in Europe and the USA, as well as APAC. Within APAC, he is Project Manager for new PMWeb implementations for Homes Tasmania and the Hong Kong & Shanghai Hotels Ltd, while continuing to support our APAC clients such as the Government of Western Australia’s Housing Authority Transport for NSW, the Ministry of Civil Service in Fiji and DFS Group in Hong Kong/Singapore. His current work in Europe and the USA includes PMWeb implementations/support for the City of Oakland, Los Angeles World Airports, Stanford Health, Colorado Department of Transportation, Shell and the Port of Los Angeles.
