HKA has been registered on the NSW Government’s Advanced Suppliers List in the IT Services Scheme SCM0020 for more than 10 years, since December 2013. In March 2026, the Government approved HKA with its PMWEB SaaS delivery for the additional Category R (ICT Cloud Services), including:
R01 Cloud Applications: Covers "as a service" delivery models for software, including hosting and managing application infrastructure.
R02 Cloud Hosting and Infrastructure: Covers services to assist with public/private/community cloud provisioning, including platform-as-a-service (PaaS) and infrastructure-as-a-service (IaaS) for data centres, servers, storage, and networking.
R03 Cloud Support: Covers services for transitioning to NSW Government data centres or cloud solutions, including ongoing support for monitoring and managing these environments.
